Bespoke Gym Shokk

The Gym Zone, within Huddersfield’s premier leisure facility The Zone, has undertaken a series of changes, in an effort to encourage healthy lifestyles in Huddersfield’s youngsters.

The Gym Zone has employed a new staff structure, timetable of classes, offers and has launched fitness camps for the forthcoming Easter and May school holidays.

The gym is a good way for children and teenagers to have fun with their friends whilst improving and maintaining fitness in a fun and professional state-of-the-art Shokk gym facility.
 
The Gym Zone, operated by Sporting Pride Community Trust, currently accommodates over 1000 children per month as part of memberships, twinning projects and other schemes.
The facility has taken on fitness instructor Matthew Micklethwaite to operate the gym and instil new ideas into the popular centre.

He says,
 “There is nowhere else in the Huddersfield area that provides the level of professional service and quality of facility to youngsters in this area. Shokk are the market leaders in this sector and children love it here.”
