The Shokk Gym targets children between the ages of 8 - 16. The Shokk Gym has state of the art equipment designed to meet the needs of the children.

The Shokk Gym is open 6 days a week giving your child every opportunity to get every mile of fitness they need. Under a new manager the SHOKK GYM is open:
Monday 4pm – 8pm
Tuesday 4pm – 8pm
Wednesday 4pm – 8pm
Thursday 4pm – 8pm
Friday 4pm – 8pm
Saturday 9am – 3pm
Pricing Structure
Gym Admission £3.00 per session
Gym Membership £10.00 per month
Sports Clubs Private Hire
· £25 per hour for up to 20 children
· £35 per hour for up to 30 children

Our bespoke SHOKK gym is the only one in Huddersfield and surrounding areas that is dedicated to the health and fitness of young people.
Working with SHOKK – world leaders in specialist gym equipment - we provide an exciting environment with a variety of cardio-vascular and resistance equipment and boast the latest in entertainment systems for different types of sessions.

PLEASE NOTE: Young people may only use the dedicated suite after first completing three SHOKK induction sessions. These are compulsory and every new member must attend before using the gym. It covers health and safety, and exercise advice on cardio vascular and resistance training.
SHOKK produces equipment that has been designed specifically to the anthropometric measurements of youths between the ages of 8-16, providing an alternative non-competitive physical workout for young people.
