Adult classes:
Latin in line: The fun way to learn latin dance and build up your fitness. Incorporating the exciting rhythms of cha cha, Rumba, Salsa, Samba, Jive and quickstep. Step by step routines and you don't need a partner! Fun and fitness guarenteed.

Children's Classes:
Recreational Gymnastics:  Develop and display gymnastic strength, balance, and agility. Sessions range in focus from tumbling, rhythmic and artistic gymnastic disciplines.

Proficiency Gymnastics:  Work Towards British Gymnastics proficiency Award Badges. Officially recognised as accreditation for gymnastics. Develop and display gymnastic strength, balance, and agility. Sessions range in focus from tumbling, rhythmic and artistic gymnastic disciplines.

Cheer Stunt Techniques : Defy gravity in this class focusing on the power, strength, and teamwork required to perform cheerleading stunts. Cheerleaders can work towards competition stunts, performances, or just on perfecting technique.

Street Dance: Have you got what it takes to stut your funky stuff like they do on MTV? Street dance is is a popular form of fitness that is choreographed to urban music. Get stylish and creative and come and show us some of your moves. no dance experiance required.

Tumble tots:  Designed to develop children's phyical skills of agility, balance, co-ordination and climbing, through the use of brightly coloured Tumble Tots equipment. Call 01484 689467

Little Ninjas: Learn self defence techniques in a fun, non-competitive way, including sparring, punching, kicking, escapes and body movement. Activities will keep your child physically fit and help them see the value of team work, good manners and behaviour and trying new skills in a supportive environment

Ninjutsu: Students of the hatori class of the bujinkan Ferocious Dragon Dojo learn the Japenese Martial Art of Bunjinkan Budo Tai-jutsu. The dojo follows the teachings of the Ten chi  Jin Ryaku no maki, as taught by Soke Massaki Hatsumi. Students are taught armed and unarmed combat fighting methods from the 9 schools of the Bujinkan.

LJ Dance Fusion: With all the sounds and styles ofhip hop and electro, this funky, high energy class will give you all the basics of  toprock, downrock, freezes, power moves, and morechallenging moves for experienced b-boys and b-girls. Open to all.

"CHEER ZONE" Cheerleading Academy- incorporating Huddersfield Town and Huddersfield Giants Cheerleaders:

ICC National Champions 2009

The Zone is home to one of the UK's largest cheerleading squads, with over 300 members. Participate in American Style cheerleading routines,including dance,stunts, cheers and chants. Cheerleaderswill have the opportunity to preform at Huddersfield Town and Giants Home fixtures in front of over 16,000 fans weekly.

The Elite Cheerleading squad "Cheer Zone" competes in national competitions, against other squads to bring home trophies. Competative teams can enter Cheerleading, Partner Stunt, Group Stunt, Street Cheer or Solo Divisions.

Parents of young children are asked not toremaininthestudio during class. We do, however, have windows for veiwing classes in progress,and parents are invited into the studio at times for informal veiwings.
